First Annual Decorate a Vet Program This Weekend

From Brian DeCelle of Sislers, Inc.:

A number of Falls Church small businesses are teaming together this year for the first annual "Decorate A Vet" program this weekend. Thursday and Friday we will be cleaning the yards of six local vets (trimming bushes, mowing/raking lawns). On Saturday, we will be decorating three of those veteran's houses for the holiday season. These veterans include the Rodriguez family home whose son died in Afghanistan this year, the home of a woman whose son (living with her) was disabled in Desert storm (and who had five other children go into the service), and the home of an elderly couple, both Korea-era Navy veterans.
